Store Policies

Layaways are always welcome with the following conditions:
The initial deposit needs to be at least 20% of the total purchase price and 20% per month until the item is paid for (five months total).

 

Item is returned to stock if regular monthly payments are not received.

 

We will attempt to contact the purchaser to remind them of this before returning the item to stock.

 

Any ring in layaway that needs to be sized will be sized when 50% of the balance is paid.

 

Items not paid in full at the end of the 5 months will be returned to stock and the customer will forfeit a 15% re-stocking fee. The remaining balance will be carried as an in-store credit only, unless prior arrangement is made.

Special Orders

A 50% deposit is required before the item will be ordered.
Items may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy

Crownover Jewelers will gladly accept for return or exchange any stock item purchased from us providing it is in new condition.

Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special orders, altered or custom items, sale items, items designated under "as is" or "final" types of sales. This includes rings that have been sized and/or worn.

Any jewelry that has been worn is not eligible for return or exchange since it is no longer new.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Credit or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns or exchange.
